DELIVERY AND RETURNS
We aim to make the delivery and returns process as simple and as fast as possible. We also use tracked services to avoid any confusion as to where your order is. This also greatly reduces the chances of your parcel going missing.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm within the same working day. Orders placed late in the day (after 1pm) may be processed the next day so please allow 1 day to process your order. You will receive an email once your order has shipped.
UK - 24 hr / 48 hr
*Please note these are approximate times and you will be able to track your order once it has been dispatched.
UNDELIVERED / MISSING PARCELS
In the rare event that your parcel isn't received we advise you to check your tracking number and contact the courier directly.
RETURNING AN ITEM
To return an item you will need to use our self service return portal.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges the price of shipping will be required.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
